Community Benefits Report - 2013

NANA has filed the Community Benefits Reporting Form for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2013 as required by the Office of the New Hampshire Attorney General Division of Charitable Trusts.   To review the report click on the PDF file located below entitled Community Benefits Report Newfound Area Nursing Association.

As a participating member of the Central New Hampshire Health Partnership (CNHHP),  NANA considered information identified in the CNHHP Community Health Needs Assessment 2011 document to complete the Community Benefits Report.
